Terms and Conditions

Welcome to JammerX, your premier destination for jammers and anti-spying devices. By using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to follow and accept the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

We sell jamming devices internationally, but note that some countries prohibit purchasing jammers.. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that it has the legal right to use such a product in the territory of the respective country. After the purchase, the customer becomes fully responsible for any legal problem arising from the use of these products.

Do not use our products for illegal purposes! We do not assume responsibility for the purposes of using the purchased products! Our buyers agree with these terms by accepting them and assume full responsibility for the purpose of using and using the products on this site!

Definitions

  • Seller: JammerX or other JammerX partner.
  • Buyer: Refers to the individual or entity that creates an Account and purchasing products from JammerX.
  • Client: Refers to any user, individual, or entity who has or obtains access to the content, through any means of communication provided by JammerX (electronic, telephone, etc.) or based on an existing user agreement between JammerX and this one and which requires the creation and use of an Account.
  • User: Refers to any individual, or entity who, by completing the Account creation process, agreed to the site-specific clauses in the Terms and Conditions section.
  • Display Name: Refers to any pseudonym by which a certain User/Client/Buyer can add Content to the Site. The site associates the Display Name with the information of the User, Client, or Buyer under their name.
  • Account: The section of the site made up of an e-mail address and a password that allows the Buyer to submit the Order and which contains information about the Client/Buyer and the history of the Buyer on the Site (Orders, tax invoices, Goods guarantees, etc.). The user is responsible and will ensure that all the information entered when creating the Account is correct, complete and up-to-date.
  • Cart: The section of the Account that allows the Buyer/User to add Goods or Services that he wishes to purchase at the time of addition or at a later time.
  • Site: The online shop hosted at the web address jammerx.com and its subdomains.
  • Order: An electronic document that acts as a form of communication between the Seller and the Buyer through which the Buyer conveys to the Seller, through the Site, his intention to purchase Goods and Services from the Site.
  • Goods and Services: Any product or service listed on the Site, including the products and services mentioned in the Order, which are to be provided by the Seller, to the Buyer as a result of the concluded Contract.
  • Company: The action of exhibiting for commercial purposes, a finite number of Goods and/or Services having a limited and predefined stock, for a limited period of time established by the Seller.
  • Contract: Represents the distance contract concluded between the Seller and the Buyer, without the simultaneous physical presence of the Seller and the Buyer.
  • Content: Includes all the information on the Site that users can visit, view, or access using an electronic device. It also encompasses the content of any email the Seller sends to Buyers electronically or through other available communication methods. Additionally, content includes any information an employee or collaborator of the Seller communicates to the Buyer, based on the provided contact information. This covers information related to the Goods and/or Services, the Seller’s practical rates for a specific period, and practical tariffs by a third party with whom the Seller has a partnership contract for a certain period.
  • Review: An evaluation written by the owner or beneficiary of a Good or Service, an evaluation based on personal experience and his ability to make qualitative comments and to say whether or not the Good or Service complies with the specifications mentioned by the manufacturer.
  • Rating: Way of expressing the degree of satisfaction of a User/Client/Buyer with a product.
  • Comment: Appreciation or observation with a critical purpose, on the side of a Review or another comment.
  • Question: Address form to other Users/Clients/Buyers in order to obtain information about the Goods or Services from the respective page.
  • Answer: Written information that the Seller transmits to the User, Client, or Buyer who asked a Question on the Site, on the page of a certain Good. The answer includes explanations that a User, Client, or Buyer offers to another User, Client, or Buyer in a discussion.
  • Commercial Communication: Any type of message sent (such as: e-mail/SMS/telephone/mobile push/webpush/etc.) containing general and thematic information, information on similar or complementary products to the ones you have purchased, information regarding offers or promotions of JammerX, information regarding Goods and Services added to the “My Account/Cart” section as well as other commercial communications such as market research and surveys of opinion.
  • Transaction: Collection or reimbursement of an amount resulting from the sale of a Good and/or Service by JammerX, to the Buyer, by using the services of the card processor agreed by the Seller, regardless of the method of delivery.
  • Specifications: All the specifications and/or descriptions of the Goods and Services as specified in their description.
  • Selling Price: Represents the value of the Good, claimed and requested by the Seller, to the Buyer/Client/User, highlighted accordingly on the product page of the Site. The seller can display distinctly, in a visible way, the value amount of the difference between the Sale Price and the PRP and/or the value or percentage difference between the Sale Price and the Cut Price. The Sale Price is valid within the limit of the available stock of the Good/Service.

Contractual Documents

By registering an Order on the Site, the Buyer agrees to the form of communication (telephone or e-mail) used by the Seller for its commercial operations.

The notification received by the Buyer post Order placement serves as informational and does not signify Order acceptance. The Seller communicates this notification electronically (via e-mail) or by telephone.

For justified reasons, the Seller reserves the right to change the quantity of Goods and/or Services in the Order. If he changes the amount of Goods and/or Services in the Order, he will notify the Buyer at the e-mail address or phone number provided to the Seller when placing the Order and will return the amount paid.

The contract between the Seller and the Buyer is considered closed at the moment when the Buyer receives the notification of dispatch of the Order from the Seller via electronic mail and/or SMS.

The document and information made available by the Seller on the Site will form the basis of the Contract.

Online Sales Policy

Any User/Buyer is permitted to place an Order. However, JammerX reserves the right to restrict access to Order placement or certain payment methods if the User’s/Buyer’s behavior is deemed potentially harmful. In such instances, the User/Buyer can contact Customer Support for clarification on these measures.

You can contact the Seller directly via online support or the addresses listed in the Site’s “contact” section. The seller has the freedom to manage the information received without having to provide justifications for this.

JammerX may request Users/Buyers to enter captcha validation codes during high network traffic to protect site information.

JammerX may publish information on Goods, Services, and promotions subject to availability and partnership contracts.

Furthermore, all tariffs for Goods and/or Services displayed on the Site are quoted in Euro.

Moreover, the Seller bears no responsibility for additional costs, such as currency conversion fees, incurred during online payments in non-EURO currencies. The Buyer assumes sole responsibility for such charges.

Additionally, the information provided about Goods and/or Services on the Site serves presentation purposes and does not constitute contractual obligations.

Assigning and Subcontracting

TThe Seller can use third parties to fulfill the Order without requiring Buyer’s consent, remaining responsible for all obligations.

Order

Placing Orders

  • The Client/Buyer can place Orders by adding desired Goods/Services to the shopping cart and completing payment using indicated methods.
  • Once in the cart, goods or services are available for purchase based on stock availability.
  • Adding items to the cart doesn’t register an order or reserve them automatically.

Buyer Responsibilities

  • By completing the Order, the Buyer agrees that all provided data are correct, complete, and true.
  • Upon completing the Order, the Buyer agrees to be contacted by any means necessary or agreed by the Seller.

Order Cancellation

  • The Seller may cancel the Buyer’s Order with prior notification, without further obligations or liability for damages.

Payment Issues

  • If the Buyer’s card transaction is declined by the issuing bank during online payment, the transaction will not proceed.
  • The transaction may also be invalidated by the card processor approved by JammerX, in the case of online payment.
  • Orders may be canceled if the data provided by the Client/Buyer on the Site are incomplete and/or incorrect.

Withdrawal and Returns

Buyers may request a product replacement or repair within 14 days of receiving their item if it is non-functional due to a non-user-related defect, covering only the delivery costs. Returns for credit or refund are not accepted, except in cases where the product fails due to non-physical damages not caused by the user.

The 14-day return period begins from the day the Buyer receives the item or, for orders with multiple items delivered separately, from the day the last item is received. If the Client/Buyer withdraws from the Contract, any accompanying gifts must also be returned within this legal withdrawal period.

For items covered under the return policy, the Seller will repair or replace the item within the stated warranty terms, and any shipping costs for returned items to our facilities are the responsibility of the customer. We will handle the cost of returning the repaired or replaced item.

Goods Handling

  • The accessories and original packaging are integral to the Good. We recommend that the Buyer returns the product in its original undamaged packaging. It should be protected by wrapping with stretch plastic film or packed in a cardboard box. Ensure all accessories are included.
  • Returned goods that show signs of damage (stains, scratches, bends, cracks, bumps, etc.) are not accepted for return.
  • The Buyer is liable for any reduction in the Goods’ value from handling beyond necessary assessment.

Unfulfilled Orders

  • If a Good and/or Service ordered cannot be delivered, the Seller will notify the Buyer promptly. The Seller will refund the equivalent value within 7 days upon notification or upon the Buyer’s contract termination request.

Confidentiality

JammerX will maintain the confidentiality of any information you provide. The disclosure of the information provided will only be possible under the conditions mentioned in this Document.

The Buyer/Client must obtain written consent from the Seller before making any public disclosure about the Order/Contract to third parties.

By submitting information or materials on this site, you grant the Seller unrestricted access to use, modify, and distribute them. You agree that the Seller may freely use the information, ideas, concepts, or techniques you provide through the Site. JammerX may not be obligated to keep information confidential unless required by law.

Commercial Communication

The Buyer/User/Client can update their consent for Commercial Communications at any time, including offers or promotions.

Invoice and Payment

The price, payment method and payment term are specified in each Order. The Seller will issue the Buyer an invoice for the delivered Goods and Services. The Buyer must provide all necessary information for the invoice according to current legislation.

The Seller will send the Buyer the invoice for the Order in electronic format. This will be added to the Account or emailed to the address provided by the Buyer.

To ensure correct invoice communication, the Buyer must regularly update Account data and access Order information and documents.

By accessing their Account, the Buyer can view, save, and archive invoices issued by JammerX at any time.

By sending the Order, the Buyer agrees to receive invoices electronically in their Account or via email. If this information is unavailable for more than 48 (forty-eight) hours in the Account, please notify us of this issue.

Delivery

The seller will ensure the proper packaging of the Goods and will ensure the transmission of the accompanying documents.

The seller deliver the Goods and Services worldwide through our partnership with a trusted global logistics provider.

During checkout, you will see a flat shipping fee of €30 added to your cart for products under €299.

The estimated delivery time varies depending on your location.

Terms and Conditions: Ownership

The Buyer takes ownership of the Goods upon delivery and payment at the specified Order location, confirmed by signing the courier’s transport document.

Terms and Conditions: Liability

The Seller cannot be responsible for damages of any kind that the Buyer or any third party may suffer as a result of the Seller’s performance of any of its obligations under the Order and for damages resulting from the use of the Goods and Services after delivery and in particularly for their loss.

When creating and using the Account, the User/Buyer must maintain the confidentiality of Account data (username and password) and manage Account access. The User/Buyer bears responsibility for all Account activity permitted by applicable law.

Creating the Account, using the Content, or placing Orders constitutes explicit acceptance of the latest updated Terms and Conditions on the Site. These terms are effective from the date of Account creation, use of content, or Order placement.

The Seller reserves the right to periodically update and modify the Terms and Conditions of the Site to reflect any changes in the manner and conditions of operation of the Site or any changes in legal requirements. Clients/Users/Buyers must adhere to the document as soon as it appears on the Site.. In case of any such modification, we will display the modified version of the Document on the Site, which is why we ask you to periodically check the content of this Document.

Terms and Conditions: Writing Reviews, Comments, Questions and Answers

Users/Clients/Buyers have the opportunity to provide feedback in designated sections:

  • Types of Content: Reviews, Comments, Questions, and Answers can be both positive and negative, focusing on product/service characteristics and usage instructions.

Licensing and Usage Rights

At the point of submission, Users/Clients/Buyers grant the Seller broad usage rights:

  • License Grant: Users grant the Seller a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable license to use submitted content.

Guidelines for Submission

Each User/Client/Buyer must adhere to specific guidelines:

  • Content Focus: Focus on product/service characteristics and usage instructions, excluding pricing or promotional details.
  • Language: Use English, including industry-specific terms.
  • Respectful Language: Maintain respectful and non-offensive language.
  • Accuracy and Compliance: Ensure information is accurate, compliant with laws, and respects rights.
  • Use Restrictions: Refrain from soliciting personal data, sharing external URLs, or engaging in advertising.

Additional Rules for Photo/Video Attachments

Users/Clients/Buyers attaching media files must follow rules:

  • Content Integrity: Ensure images/videos are related to the reviewed product/service and respect copyright.
  • Content Standards: Avoid violence, adult content, or offensive material based on personal characteristics.
  • Privacy: Do not include information about other individuals or URLs to competitive websites.

Moderation and Enforcement

The Seller moderates content and takes action when necessary:

  • Content Review: Reviews flagged for inappropriate content are reviewed promptly.
  • Removal Policy: Texts, photos, or videos violating Terms and Conditions are removed after review.
  • Suspension: Repeat violations may lead to suspension of posting privileges in review sections.

Dispute Resolution

  • No Review of Notices/Complaints: Reviews are not avenues for notices or complaints regarding purchased Goods/Services.

Personal Data

We consider ensuring the right to the protection of personal data as a fundamental JammerX commitment, therefore we will dedicate all the necessary resources and efforts to process your data in full compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

JammerX records phone interactions with representatives to assess needs and improve service quality.

No party is liable for non-performance of contractual obligations due to a force majeure event. Force majeure is an unforeseeable and unavoidable event beyond the parties’ control.. If the force majeure event continues for 15 days, either party may terminate the contract without claiming damages or interest.
